Thirteen of the thousand most important twentieth-century buildings in the world are in the Netherlands. This is apparent from the list of Union Internationale d’Architecture (UIA).

With this knowledge we start on each of our projects, our national architecture is characterized by clean solidity. Many of our buildings and streets date from a century ago and are still standing proudly. But we are well aware that new challenges await us in this century. The world and the climate are changing and so we have to move with it.

This challenge is the start, the core and our goal as Cattenburg Real Estate. How can we, while preserving the character and the soul, prepare our homes for the future.

In collaboration with our architect, contractor and structural engineer, we realize comfortable homes in which authenticity and the future merge into a very high level of finish.

Quality, professionalism, sustainable materials and energy-efficient integrations are the conditions that we have set ourselves. It is a challenge, one that we experience as pleasant at the time of realization and hopefully our customers during their stay.
