The Architect's philosophy

Simple house on the outside, but spacious refreshing and dynamic on the inside.

The renovation of the house changed a one-story apartment to the roomy two-story dwelling with an open and contemporary look that brings the quality of the 21st-century house. The new concept of the interior renovation is based on a concrete box element situated at the central point of the layout.  Other functions of the house are situated around its space. This solution brings a lot of space and additional light to the house.

After entering the house you appear inside the concrete element. You can use one of its functions as the element consists of a small entrance hall, toilet, wardrobe, storage space and stairs, which invites you to continue further to explore the house. Thanks to this efficient solution, there is plenty of space in the surrounding area of this floor. One heterogeneous space flows from one side of the house around the element to another side to create free U shape plan. At the west side of the house, you find a new kitchen equipped with a modern kitchen island and generous dining room. The living room is situated on the east side of the plan together with a small working area. Behind the element, you can walk up the open stairs and reach the upper floor. The second floor offers to the inhabitant of the house use of a capacious master bedroom and spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower. Furthermore, additional two bedrooms and storage space that can be also used as laundry are also available.
